Unfortunately we cannot give out technical advice. Please see an engineer or contact the manufacturer of your appliance for help with this query.
I have a zanussi washing machine model No. ZWF 1221W which makes a very loud noise when spinning but i'm not sure what bearings I need rear, front or just the bearing seal to order.

The best option would be to take a quick read through our advice centre to see if there are any articles in there. Alternatively call the manufacturer for a quick diagnosis over the phone - they'll be able to tell you which is the right one to replace.
I beleive the drum bearings and seals, need replacing. I am unable to gain access to the working parts. Do you have a drawing on how to remove the casing without detriment to other parts. Regards David.

Hi Ovid, I'm afraid that question would be better served by a qualified technician... I wouldn't want to give you advice which I'm not 100% sure on!
