Are you having problems with the bag coming loose while vacuuming? This plastic replacement bag connector is a genuine Numatic spare part that has been made to attach to the vacuum so that the dust you collect stays inside the vacuum and does not give you more work to do!

There are two lugs that slide into the slots. Once slotted in, I cannot work out how to release it without damaging the lugs.

It should be possible to carefully lever out with a flat bladed screwdriver. This may be easier if the plastic is gently warmed with a hair dryer to soften it first.
When hoovering the hose keeps pulling loose from the main motor unit. Inside, the bad becomes detached, and as a result a lot of the dust doesn't go into the bag but underneath it and around it. What's going wrong?

You need to resolve the problem of the hose coming off before worrying about the bag leaking as the two problems are likely to be related.
Hi- I need this part for my Numatic NRV200-22, but I think I need the orange collar which it connects to as well. Do you stock the collar? Can you tell me the part no. for it?

Hi Jimst Unfortunately we do not stock collars for the Numatic NRV200-22 vacuum cleaner, and this one is not compatible. However we will look to our suppliers and aim to stock one in the future. We hope your search for a collar was successful though!
