Great part and well informed video, but the door I have, has different fittings. It is difficult to refit the door to the washer as you have to place the front rim one side of the hinge and the back side to the other side of the hinge, so you cannot fit the glass and covers beforehand -I nearly dropped the door not expecting it. Also, the handle fitting is different -the latch seems to fit into a part on the door handle itself, but not on the springs, at least not that I can see. Any help would be gratefully appreciated

We do not have any other information but it should be similar to the attached video. Removing the door when refitting will make it easier to reassemble and work out where the parts locate.

Answer this question

Model Whirlpool AWODO49 I have tried various ways to fit springs & lock but the door handle does not appear to move the latch back. Also the 2 sides do not completely seal again. I am becoming desperate to get my washing machine back in action.
