      Item was good. The availability of the spare in reasonable price helped me keep running the appliance. Not happy with postage. I was sent a small item in a show box size packaging making me pay for higher volumetric cost. The actual volumetric is 1/4th of the shoe box. This made me pay postage almost same as the spare part cost.

      My dryer is very old. I worked out which part was required but it is no longer available. I emailed eSpares with the details and they quickly supplied a substitute part which works perfectly at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

      Made an error and ordered one instead of two items, didn't press buy two by mistake. Immediately emailed my mistake. Unfortunately only one was delivered. Email ignored apparently. The postage is extortionate in my opinion. On the plus side item arrived quickly.
