we think the resister gone because the telly having a problem starting ,but when it comes on we have a perfect tv its just problem from standby ,the tv sais on back lg47lf65-zc product code aecyljg ,power ac 100-240 50/60 h2 3.2a (310)w searial number 802wrur3k998 ,can this be fitted at home this part or would it need certain tools done in a shop
