For information to diagnose your problem see our video: How to diagnose a fault with a frost free fridge freezer http://www.espares.co.uk/advice/2/2113/how-to-diagnose-a-fault-with-a-frost-free-fridge-freezer
I have a Samsung fridge freezer model number RSV21DCSV serial number 847343CYA00078. The fridge was working fine but no water was coming out of dispenser, freezer and ice maker are fine. After defrosting the fridge the water dispenser now works, however, when I turn the fridge on the bottom right hand digit in the display flashes and I have to hold bother power buttons in to get display and fridge to function. The freezer quickly comes down to temperature but fridge will not cool, can you advise what is wrong and what part I require as I am more than able to fit a part. Kind regards

The lower right segment on the display that changes a A into an 8 indicates there is a fault with the fan in the fridge (may be blocked with ice and not turning). This fridge can suffer from ice build up and has a repair kit to prevent this occurring Stock Number: ES1406833. Fully defrost before removing the cover. Fit the brackets onto the back of the upper mounting screws, replace and move the sensor to the far left of the pipework and reset codes as per the instructions. Check and replace the defrost heater if required.
the frezer temperturewas on -19 now i have to put it on -25 to keep things cold enouth . i think it needs a temperature sensor the one i have found on your site seems to fit the fridge is it also the same one for the freezer ?
