      Hoover u3450 001 handle is loose 1 Answer

      There should be two fittings holding the handle to the body of the Hoover. There is a label showing the following number 0518-0185. Can I just buy these fittings

      Good service but postage too high
      Bulb was delivered quickly and is now in my oven. Very pleased with the product - my only criticism is the price of postage which was £5.99 I believe, for a large letter size item. That would have cost £2.70 with Royal Mail, plus the price of an envelope. How can they justify £5.99?

      I received the goods damaged and I can’t believe that they have sent this item out in that condition as the outer packaging was okay the inner look as if it had been opened with a Stanley knife what happened to quality control I do not want a refund just a replacement as I will not have an oven for Christmas, I hope you can give this your upmost attention yours sincerely Terrence little.
