      when the motor stops it trips the mains suppley 1 Answer

        After your appliance has ran for around sixteen hours it needs to auto defrost. At this point it stops the compressor and fan and turns on the defrost heater. These heaters can fail and cause the tripping of the house earth trip. If this is occurring suspect the heater element. This is 'pushed' into the evaporator bracket and 'pinched in' to remove use a pair of side cutters to gently open the evaporator mounts and pinch back when fitted.

      I order the part before 9pm and was delivered in 2 days…
      I order the part before 9pm and was given a choice of delivery to which I chose the next day, and paid for it too, but it arrived 2days later, so it’s not a great service for delivery specially when you are paying for it. As for the part is working ok.

      Sent me the wrong size tumble dryer…
      Sent me the wrong size tumble dryer belt twice, customer service person who contacted me had no idea about the products they sold then had two separate customer service representatives email to say they were glad the problem had been resolved, it hadn’t. Still waiting for someone to contact me in regard to arranging a refund. Won’t be using this company again, paid for next day delivery twice as I urgently needed to repair my dryer and it’s still broken.

      I previously purchased a milk frother…
      I previously purchased a milk frother lid from them that was the wrong size and they basically told me that they had gone bust and refused to give me a refund even though I sent the item back — totally dishonest. Only used them again because I couldn’t find another supplier. I would avoid them otherwise.
