      I have received my item,however
      I have received my item,however, they did not attach my apartment number on their delivery address so it was a failed delivery. My problems started when I realised and could only get in contact with an Ai contact this created a problem. After much delay I eventually received my item but it was extremely difficult to make direct contact with this company.

      After several attempts to contact eSpares I did not receive a response for almost two weeks to discuss an incorrect delivery, however when I finally did receive a call to resolve my issue the assistant I spoke to was very helpful and completely rescued the situation. Thank you Sabrina.

      The website showed good pictures of the part with enough details in the search for me to be sure the part as correct. The part arrived in good time well packed. When fitted worked well. It had links to fitting instructions but I never checked those out.
