My Beko DWD5411W has recently been giving poor performance. The water flow appears poor, and the top arm is not spinning at all. Could this be the pump?

Check for any blockages that may be causing this issue before suspecting anything else, if you haven’t put a dishwasher cleaner through it in a while this may also help. Check out Stock Number: ES1566874

Before condemning the pump suspect the motor capacitor as this can fail and may give poor power to the wash pump. Check to confirm if Stock Number ES554583 is suitable for your machine.
My DWD5410W stopped working after the water stopped flowing in. Do you think it may be the pump? 1 Answer
I switched the machine on as usual and heard the water flow into machine. I went away to do something else. A few hours later I opened the door only to find water in the bottom of machine. dishes were not washed. Tried switching machine off and on again. still nothing. Hope you can help.

For information to diagnose your problem see our video: How to Diagnose Draining and Motor Problems in a dishwasher http://www.espares.co.uk/advice/3/1889
I have a Beko DWD4310W dishwasher. its fine whilst filling with water, and whilst draining, but during the wash cycles it "screams" quite noisily. This fault developed suddenly about a week ago. Would this part solve this issue, and are there any preliminary checks I should make first before ordering it (in case I order the wrong part or one that is not required). also I have gone onto my desktop pc as your site isn't really mobile friendly, do you plan on introducing one soon?

This is the main wash motor and is likely to be the culprit of squealing during washing. We will be adding a more mobile friendly site but this is not likely to happen in the immediate future.
I have a substantial leak into the bottom pan of my Beko DWD5114W dishwasher, but cannot identify th source. Can you suggest most likely cause? Hoses appear sound and in good condition. There are no loose connections. 1 Answer

Disconnect and remove the base and place on a bench or table on four bricked to allow you to see what area the water is leaking from. Then fill to the normal level from a kettle to trace the leak. also see our video: • http://www.espares.co.uk/advice/3/2083/how-to-diagnose-dishwasher-leaking-and-heating-problems

The closest video we have to this repair is: http://www.espares.co.uk/advice/3/1551/how-to-replace-a-dishwasher-drain-pump-%E2%80%93-gore Although this is not the wash pump to remove and replace this uses a similar procedure.
