I live in a converted barn which in has an area that is two stories high. I am looking for a solution to clean out the cobwebs that are at high level.

It is possible to have multiple extension tubes connected but you will lose suction if you put too many together.
I can't quite gather how this functions, because I can't see any ratchet points on the tube. Can it only be used either up or down or are there inbetween points to vary the length? When extended, is the tube very firm? I.e. it won't push back in if under pressure.

This is suitable for any vacuum that uses a 'plain 35mm tube fitting but cannot be used if the tube end has a slot or groove.
Can you confirm that both ends have the 35 mm diameter. Thanks

The outside diameter is 35 mm where it pushes into the fitting and the internal diameter is 35 mm where it pushes over a fitting.
