Hello, I am not sure what part I may need but my tumble dryer is tripping the RCD after running for a period of time and need some advice. 1) The pump is working as water is being collected 2) The condensor unit has been cleaned and free from debris 3) The drum is turning freely and so motor is ok 4) The machine is getting hot so the heater is working 5) The RCD does not trip straightaway and it appears to me that the machine may be overheating and this could possibly be causing RCD to trip after about 30 minutes or so. The time varies as it depends whats being dried and how much load there is. For example Towels create a lot of steam and heat and this will trip after about 20 minutes. The rear of the machine does feel very hot If its the mains filter would this not trip RCD immediately ? Could you possibly suggest what may be wrong

Tumble stoped heating but would still work I stripped it down and the sensor had tripped. After resetting it and cleaning them it worked again but sensor keeps tripping out can the sensor be replaced as the heating element is working. Thanks 1 Answer

The cut out thermostat shown in the third image is not listed as a separate part. If the dryer is turned off before it has finished the cool down cycle it can cause overheating as the air flow stops. Ensure you allow the cycle to finish before stopping the machine.
My tumble dryer is working but not drying. On the display is showing 9 min left to the end of the cycle but continue to spin an hours later. 1 Answer

If the dryer is not heating then it is likely to be the element, if it has reached 9 mins which is the cool down it will have turned the element off. Most dryers will have an anti-crease function which continues to turn the drum after it has finished the program to stop the clothes from creasing.
I have tested the Element with a multi meter on a setting of 200k and I get a reading of 23.1. Does this signify a defective element as I only get a very low heat in the dryer?

My beko dcsc821w will start a cycle and keep going without getting hot. Would this be resolved with a new heater? 1 Answer

The part is supplied in the image with the sensor and the thermal cut out.
My Beko DSC85W cuts in and out and won't heat up. Is this likely to be a heater assembly fault? 1 Answer
I've checked the trip switch on the thermostat but it hasn't reset the machine and the problem remains.

Try replacing the NTC at the front of the machine is the filter housing Stock Number ES1603711 as this may resolve the problem.
I have opened it up and found that there are two thermal cut outs mounted on the element housing the one with the neutrals on is open circuit i have linked it out and machine is now running but element is not getting hot i have checked out the element and appears ok is there likely to be a problem on the control board as i don't want to pay for element assy to find it still does not work. Can you help please.

We believe the other 'cut out' is a NTC resistor to monitor the temperature. This would have a resistance of several thousand ohms. Shorting this out would indicate a fault and may prevent the PCB from powering the element.

The part will have a 12 month warranty. Ensure your dryer is not turned off when hot as it can overheat and trip the cut out. Alow the cycle to finish and run the cool down phase.
My Beko Tumble Dryer (TKF 8439A) has stopped heating drum cycles as it should forward and reverse but still no heat...what is wrong or what part do I need to fix this? 1 Answer
