Hi Slippysam, check out our pressure washer help guide for tips and videos: http://www.espares.co.uk/advice/pressure-washers/a/8
- Sounds like you have the same problem as me. Yes, a new seal on the high pressure output should do the trick. Not necessary to strip down m/c. I have to replace mine each spring and I have come to the conclusion that frost may have got into the works. The 'shunting' you refer to is the m/c trying to maintain pressure in the high pressure hose. Hope this helps. Pack of 5 'O' rings should last you a few years, but keep the m/c away from frost. John
its for the internal plunger one each side of valve

Hi, these o-rings will only fit Karcher pressure washers I'm afraid.
- No these fit the hose to pressure washer and handle both ends are the same o-ring.

Hi Rbfleck, the o-rings fit between the high pressure hose and the washer itself.
- Yes and also various other points on the lance

The most likely cause for the handgun to leak would be an O ring seal.

The case can be removed with a driver from Stock Number ES1772764
as the water lays around it it seems like oil mixing with it
