13 Questions and 12 Answers
the fan prongs are bent and don't stick out at 90 degrees - could this be causing smoke or affecting the fan?
-
Chris at eSpares says...
It is unlikely the fan blades will bend unless hit by something, if the fan spins freely it should be OK. Smoking is usually due to spills and splashes not a faulty element or fan.
Is the fan easy to fit if that is what is required?

Dean at eSpares says...
The problem is likely to be the fan motor, there is a video on the webpage for the part that will help you fit the fan motor.

HI my classic 90 range fan is turning slow when i turn it on ,element is glowing red ,fan was turning fast before & is not cooking proper can say why please

Chris at eSpares says...
These fan motors usually fail due to wear on the motor bearings. This can cause poor circulation and overheating or failing of the element.
