We think it will just check the diameter of the inside is 4 inches.

Yes if you have the adaptors to accept a 4 inch vent hose.
I have thrown away the previous hose as I thought it was faulty as it did not fit the hole in the wall. I now realise that the connector part broke and it is not part of the hose. I am assuming that it is part of the wall fitting. Can I buy it as a separate piece?

It is easy to cut through the plastic wall of the hose but the reinforcing wire that spirals along the length will need cutting. Use the cutter on a combination pliers or a set of side cutters.
Is it simple to detach the original hose from the Adaptor and refit to a new Universal hose - if the Universal hose is supposed to fit a Creda T522VW
- Easy to fit with a little patience
I have been given a White Knight Sensordry Tumble dryer(WK447) without a hose. do i need some kind of connection to fit a new hose on to the back or does it just slip on? thank you 1 Answer
- I have the original piece that fits into the back and the hose will slot into this. However if you don;t have that piece you will need something to affix it to the dryer.
I have just bought a White Knight 447WV drier which has a venting hose already attached at the back with a square flange fitted to the loose end. Unfortunately the hose is too short so how do I lengthen it? Can I attach an extension hose to the fitted o 1 Answer
- Very hard to get a 4" pipe into another 4" pipe i tried as i put mine out the window in the garage, you did not say how long you needed? mine was 3meters long if yours is shorter get one from e spares they are cheap. failing this look for a piece of pipe b&q or building supplier slightly smaller and use a hose clip from halfords to do up each end. hope this helps mike H.
