The model is IWE 81281 but there isn't a catch shown for that number (there are no letters after it) How difficult would it be to fit and how much dismantling is needed?

    Check the motor brushes are not worn out as this can be a common problem.

    The seal is fitted to the front panel with a retaining band Stock Number: ES831870. Carefully look around the lip of the seal and you should locate the tension spring, you can then use a small screwdriver to 'catch' the spring and start to pull it over the seal lip to release it.

To operate the washer drier I need to slam the door quite hard . Could the interlock require replacing ?

door light flashing on Hoover dyn8164d washing machine I bought new door interlock from yourselves but still have same fault door light flashing I have checked the bushes and these have plenty of life left

there appears to be no power as no lights are working and the machine will do nothing. I have checked the fuse and socket both of which are ok

Washing machine wouldnt start. Had "door" flashing in LED window changed door interlock from espares still not going and "door" still flashing help!!!!!

    The problem may be due to a fault elsewhere but if no lights are flashing replace the lock. If the serial number starts 21016 or before you need Stock Number: ES1635603 If the serial number starts 21017 or after you need Stock Number: ES1665555
